Instead of going for the old standby of losing weight, how about just aiming to be healthy? That can include exercise if you don't already, and concentrating on getting your 5-7 fruit and veg every day. Don't forget proper sleep, taking time for yourself each day and meditation if you like that sort of thing. Oh, and remember to dance! That's what I'm going to do.
